Warner held a release party for The Dark Knight at the Hard Rock Café in Universal City, Calif., on Dec. 2. The Batman film streets Dec. 9 on DVD and Blu-ray.

Shout Factory held a premiere screening of World Series Film: Phillies vs. Rays on Nov. 24 at Cinema De Lux in Philadelphia. The DVD is now available, and the Blu-ray version streets Dec. 16.

To promote the Dec. 9 release of Dr. Seuss’ Horton Hears a Who!, the Mayor of Who-ville and Fox executives rang the Opening Bell at the New York Stock Exchange on Nov. 26.

Bam Margera held a press junket for upcoming DVD and Blu-ray release Bam Margera Presents: Where the #$&% is Santa at Skate Lab in Simi Valley, Calif., on Nov. 10. The title will be available Dec. 2 from Warner.

The cast and crew of Kung Fu Panda celebrated the film’s DVD release as well as new story Secrets of the Furious Five at the Grauman’s Chinese Theater in Hollywood, Calif., on Nov. 9.

On Nov. 10, a 5½-inch wax model of Tinker Bell was unveiled at the Madam Tussauds wax museum in London, coinciding with Disney’s DVD and Blu-ray release of Tinker Bell.

Paramount presented a $25,000 check to the LSU Tiger Band, who won the ESPN Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull Battle of the Bands, on Oct. 25.
