I Am Legend DVD, HD DVD, Blu-ray

That's right HD DVD fans, I Am Legend  is one of the titles squeeking in before Warner stops releasing in the format.

Legend will be released on March 18 (prebook Feb. 19) on single-disc, two-disc special edition and Blu-ray, with an HD DVD Combo version bowing April 8. (Not sure why the delay, but the studio could be following New Line's example, which, when it released on both formats, would delay HD DVD because the format doesn't do regional coding and the title might not yet have been released theatrically in some areas.)

Starring Will Smith, Legend grossed $248.5 million in theaters.

It will be priced as follows: $28.98 for single-disc, $34.99 for two-disc special edition and $35.99 for each of the high-def formats.

The two-disc special edition and high-def sets will contain an alternate theatrical version that has a controversial ending.

I cant figure out whether you are joking or actually unsure of why there is a 3 week delay for the HD-DVD version, but did you not get the memo about Warner Brothers exclusively endoring bluray starting in June and delaying all HD-DVD titles for 3 weeks in the meantime? Another error is with New Line, they are no longer producing HD-DVDs as they publicly stated that Pans Labyrinth was their last HD-DVD.

LOL sroberts you were a hall monitor in grade school weren't you? Why don't you relax a bit. As for the issue about the HD DVD version... either way the information is correct, they are in-fact not releasing it for three weeks.

I had forgotten about Warner's announcement to delay the HD DVD releases, but yeah, I know New Line had said Pan's Labyrinth would be its last HD DVD release. Before that, it was delaying the HD DVD release on new titles because of regional coding. Anyway, thanks for keeping me on my toes.
